I've known my current boyfriend since mid October and we became official early December. We hit it off really well, same humor, same hobbies and interests. Late January we started having sex and its great, I just don't know if what we're doing is healthy. It started out with leaving a couple love marks here and there and now I'm getting very bruised. I also only used to get them during sex, but now sometimes when he's upset or annoyed he'll playfully push me or hit me. Last couple times it left me with bruises, a couple times I've gotten scabs from him being a little rough during sex. I mean I get kind of turned on, but once it starts hurting real bad I tell him to stop. He does, but is the early sign of an abusive relationship? I mean he's very sweet and I like him a lot, but idk if I should continue this if I'm going to be hurt in the future. I didn't think it was bad until some coworkers pulled me to the side and asked if everything was ok because they noticed bruises on my wrists and arms. What are your opinions?
