I been have sharp pains in my belly for 3 days now they come and go and today I got belly pains also and I had spotted and bleeding for a week and  today it stopped and I have the poops also yesterday and  I had a bad migraine I am on clomid but my last pill was the 23rd  of march and my last period was the 15th of march some reason I ovulated on the 22nd of march

If your last period was the 15th of March, these are more likely ovulation pains. Spotting can also sometimes occur in ovulation.
