Unpaid maternity leave...
So my manager informed me today that I get 12 weeks off after I have my daughter. Of course it's unpaid but it's also my decision if I wanna come back or not. She's also pregnant and due the same day and she won't be back until July...my "leave" is longer than hers. Now of course I'm not taking all 12, maybe 4 at the minimum...but this seems a little fishy to me
