Not dilated yet

I had my 37 week appointment last Friday, and I am almost 100% effaced, but my cervix is still closed. Anybody else like this? I still have yet to experience any Braxton hicks contractions or any real ones. It just seems weird to be almost effaced, but not be dilated at all.
