Would you be annoyed?

Question

So my fiancé is going to Arizona with his dad tonight and is staying for 5 days. Leaving me and my two year old. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and can barley move as it is. Kind of annoyed he's leaving to go on vacation right now. Like he should've gone a month ago or something. I'm not trying to show I'm annoyed but I am. Would any of you be irritated or am I being irrational?

Yes, I would be annoyed. It's one thing if you feel great any no signs or symptoms of baby coming early. But, you have to chase a toddler and are not feeling great. That's a tad selfish on his part. Heck, my husband turned down an overnight trip to Dallas (4 hours away) because he didn't want to leave me with out toddler to do it all alone since I'm in pain a lot this time around. I wouldn't be passive aggressive about it though. I would openly explain to him how you are feeling.

No I wouldn't care. Woman have been self sufficient while pregnant for years. As one of my favorite sayings go "I'm pregnant, not disabled"

Ha. My husband is currently hiking with his buddies in Utah for a week (I'm 35 weeks) and left me with a very hyperactive 70 lb puppy. I had agreed to this trip long before my belly got big and I'm a FTM so I didn't expect this struggle. 
On one hand, it was a great opportunity for him and he does so much for me so I feel good about him going. On the other hand, I'm pissed he left me like this (and I'm jealous he got a "last vacation" and I didn't!)
I'm trying to see it through the side of "you gotta handle it, this isn't nearly as insane as life is about to get".

Thank for all your response, he left last night and if something happens then he'll fly back right away. I didn't show or tell him how annoyed I was either and he told me that if he would've know he wouldn't have gone. I'm going to spend some time with my mom and my best friend and my son. ☺️

No it'll be fine really my fiancé works 60 plus hours a week and he works nights and he's never here. I have a 5 and 3 year old and go to school full time. He also goes motorcycle racing one weekend a month and I'm here completely alone for 48 hours and he'll be going two weeks before the baby gets here. I know he works hard so I let him go it's not always easy or fun but I know I can survive. Let him go have fun you're still far enough out I wouldn't worry much about him being gone.

I was 38 weeks along and my husband was away at work. He leaves for 2 weeks at a time but has been gone up to 5 weeks before. I took care of our two dogs and two year old up until the day I delivered. Then 1 1/2 weeks after my csection I was back to caring for my two year old, two dogs, and added a newborn on top. But two months before my due date my husband had gallbladder surgery.. One month after that my two year old had surgery for a broken arm.. Now 4 weeks after my csection our oldest pup has an infected tooth along with my husband. So this week they get teeth pulled. Been one thing after another in this house.

Yes id be upset. My husband told me today about his buddy trying to plan a guys trip to the casino overnight here in the next few weeks. And I just said, and what if something happens and I end up in early labor you miss the birth of our son? He immediately agreed. I don't think it's worth the risk right now when we're getting so close to the finish. He should've taken a vaca months ago if it was the important to him.

Let him go guilt free! It's only five days! If anything happens he can most likely make it back to you within a few hours. I say let him go because when baby comes, you'll need him way more then than you do now!
