Preeclampsia & steroid shot?

I'm currently 31 weeks with b/g twins . I've had 2 24hr urine collections and they come back with protein in my urine. I've had some swelling and was taken off work. My blood pressure has been ok I've had a couple days were it's been a little higher than usual. 
He sent me to the hospital today for monitoring after a couple hours they sent me home since my blood pressure was fine and the babies were great. They gave me my 1st steroid shot today just incase they have to deliver me early. I was curious anyone else was going through something similar or if anyone has a similar birthing story. I'm just curious about your outcome

I had preeclampsia with my daughter that they monitored until 32 wks. Started steroids then and they induced at 34 wks. Her lungs were almost completely developed and she only had to stay on some oxygen for less than 24 hrs. She's now 8 and perfectly healthy :)

They gave me steroids shot to help their lungs grown faster, they didn't have chance give me another shot bc I have a birth in between. I had strong contractions, they couldn't stopped them and then water broke. They were born at 33 weeks, 27 days at NICU. Now 4 months old, healthy and 14! Pounds each :)

When I was 33 weeks I went in for a non stress test baby b was not getting her heart rate up and when they did an ultrasound she also was not practicing her breathing also my blood pressure was extremely high so they admitted me into labor and delivery I also did the 24 hr urine had blood test and steriod shot. Turns out there was no protein in my urine which is a sign of preeclampsia after laying around in the hospital for three days on bed rest my blood pressure also went down, they also monitored my babies with constant non stress and turns out my babies just aren't morning people they are way more active at night. They released me after 3 days I'm currently 35 weeks they took me out of work And have me on bed rest which sounds way more fun then what it is I only have two more weeks until my girls scheduled birthday I'm just hoping to make it until then, sounds like from all the post these symptoms are common with twins it's nice to know I'm not the only one going through all this and there is light at the end

Yes ! I am 32 weeks today with b/g twins and last week I was admitted because of bleeding and baby b heart rate baseline was low. They gave me the steroid shots in the hospital and monitored the babies and they were fine. Have not had any protein or high blood pressure. Just thankful for another week they are inside growing.

Yes I'm Going Through The Same Thing But My Blood Pressure Very High , So They Sent Me To The Hospital In Said If My Blood Still Be High They Would Have To Deliver My Babies I'm 34Weeks And I Had A Steroid Shot In Each Butt Cheek 😔 But Nurse Says My Baby Girls Are Fine .
