This evening I noticed my left breast is tender to touch in one area. I've been feeling around to see if there's a knot or little ball in there but I haven't found one. I never experienced this when I was nursing my first so I'm not sure what it could be.  If it is a clogged duct or the beginning of one how can I unclog it and relieve the tenderness?
