Nauseous all day

I'm currently pregnant and the nausea has hit hard & I had it with my first pregnancy bad and everything they gave me I was allergic to, so I can't take any medicine to help and I legit can't eat and even drinking is coming right back up at this point. Any advice?? I'm desperate I have a 5 year old to take car of and mom is always over a toilet 😞😫
