I get that just before I get my period and your stomach looks completely normal. Every woman has that 'roundness' to them, especially at that time of the month.

If you really want to know just get a test from the pharmacy and take it. They're pretty accurate and unless you're doing a blood pregnancy test the doctors office will give you the stick to pee on too.
