Normal time to take bbt is 4 am but was woken up at 1.30 when my partner was called out. So took my temp at 4 am after 2.5 hours constant sleep and temp was 36.6. Went back to sleep at 5.30 until 10am and checked bbt and it was 37.2. Which should I chart?

Just keep temping and wait it out. It's ok to get an inaccurate temp one day. (Always happens to me right around O too.) You'll have to see how your chart looks in a few days as it reveals the temps above the cover line. Don't worry! Either way, you got it covered!

I know! Try to find another goal or project. Keep up hope that it will happen someday!

It's so hard not to keep checking chart trying to analyse everything lol. I have fingers, toes and legs crossed hoping this month will be our month...probably not though x

Does that mean my o day might have been yesterday? Typical I had a disturbed night that night as it now makes a difference to whether I O'd on cd17 or cd18 😩lol. Cm was creamy tho (sorry tmi).
