Any Homebirth Mommas?

We had our first 2 at home and planning on having #3 at home too. I see a CNM as backup.

We meet with ours in a few weeks for the first prenatal, although, we have been in contact with her quite a bit due to progesterone concerns. She is seriously awesome and as hands on or hands off as we want her to be. It'll be our first birth using her...and actually it's our first birth together!

Yup. We're going for it! It'll be my second one....super excited about our midwife! And my hubby plans on doing the catching.

I see my midwife for our first appointment around 12 weeks. She delivered my boys. Can't wait!

I had an appointment with my CNM for some bloodwork and will see her for my 20 week anatomy scan.  She is my backup.

I had my first at home, on the toilet actually! Lol definitely NOT planned. The hospital had sent me home 2 hours before i had her because they didnt believe i was in labor. Although not planned, it was such a beautiful experience for me, and such a miracle that we both made it out perfectly healthy and fine. This time around i would love to have a water birth! :)
