Epidural
My midwife told me to start thinking about birth plan witch i would prefer .
I am first time mom (19yo) and i need to know if epidural is ok and what is difference between epidural amd spinal ..i know i can find out at google or somewhere but i prefer your experience . Should i take epidural or spinal? If i will not take epidural is nature birth without anything a lot harder? Help please
