Sign of implantation?

So hubby and I dtd a lot this month. Got a positive opk on the 20th. We dtd twice on the 22nd since we were unable the 21st. We'll since Saturday evening I have had a stomach ache with slight cramping and a little nauseous. Thinking I O'd the 21st I would be 8 dpo today. Could this be implantation or something else. TIA!
