Bloated beyond belief?? Or cramping?

Get down on both knees and lean on your elbows (yes butt up in the air, sexy I know lol). This position is used to relieve bloat and/or period pain. It takes pressure off the uterus.

I know if sounds gross but how many times have you had a swollen belly due to bloat and just really needed to...er...pass wind?

If it doesn't work withing 3 min in the kneeling position, it's usually works after you stand up...or lay down. This works 98% of the time for me.

It's what my Dr told me to do.

The bloat is real and it can be painful. This info has been priceless to me since falling pregnant.

If one woman tries it and it gives her relief then I'm glad I shared ;) And being realistic, shit is about to get alot more gross come October lol
