I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Last night I dreamed that as I was walking with my little sister I had the urge to pee. As I go to the bathroom I started bleeding heavily and realize I'm having a miscarriage and I was able to hold moving twins in my hands as they were drying the size of a big paper clip. I couldn't stop crying. I woke up just feeling super sad. I have my ultrasound until Thursday but super scared I might loose my baby. I can't get the vivid image off of my mind.
