trying for a baby. any advice ?

hi everyone I am 24 years old and my fiancé and I are trying for a baby. I have irregular cycles and I'm currently on my cycle now. what can we do to concive after my cycle is over ? I try to eat healthy and drink lots of water. anything else we can do ? thanks in advance 💘💘 #hopingforbaby👶🏽

Honestly we had been trying for 5months then I started eating right working out and cut back on drink and boom I was pregnant

The today show did a segment on this a few days ago. You might be able to look on their website to watch it. It also had to do with caffeine so maybe search that on the today show website. It gave good information.

No alcohol hehe,  try to relax and best thing on your fertile week I say if u don't know the exact say u ovulate.  Have sex every other day for best results :). Try not to stress haha I did so much!.
