At a loss...:(

I'm at CD 48 two tests BFN and no signs of AF. At this point I'm wishing for her so I can start trying again, because I'm in a real low point right now. I'm going to be 34 in July, can't afford fertility specialists and I grow fibroids, so I got a csection in Oct so this could be our yr! Im feeling hopeless... :(
