Hi i am new to this forum.. 42 and TTC#1 for last one year. More than the apprehension of whether one can conceive naturally after 40 I am concerned about the chances of having a perfectly healthy first baby after 40. It will be helpful to hear from all of you lovely ladies out there who had their first child after 40s on what tests / precautions you had to take to have a healthy baby i.e. no genetic anomalies etc.
