Is drinking kombucha safe during pregnancy?

I've been drinking about 1 per day. I asked a midwife and she said go for it. I also asked her about the alcohol content too and unless it is stated as being alcoholic (GTs will blatantly say on the label) the alcohol content is minuscule. Women have been eating fermented foods since the beginning of time and they all contain trace amounts of alcohol. I think people stress way to much about it in instances like this.

I think it has a alcohol content it says on the back ..but I would just ask ur doctor or maybe Google :)

Definitely check for the alcohol content. The one we usually buy does have some alcohol. So just check your labels.

I'm pretty sure those drinks are raw/unpasteurized, which is a no-no during pregnancy. Shame, because they are soo good!
