Pregnant maybe?

My husband and I have been ttc for over a year. I ovulated on Friday. Normally when I ovulate I get severe cramps and nausea. This month the cramps weren't to bad but the nausea was really bad. Sense Friday I have been nauseous all the time and it gets worse after I eat. Could this be a sign that I'm finally pregnant?
