34.3 weeks....preterm labor?

I am 34.3 weeks and since this morning I have been having menstrual like cramps with lower back pain, It comes and go. Should I be worried?

Time it, if it's consistent go in to L&D to be safe but if they aren't coming consistently closer and closer together or if you aren't having any color in your discharge you're probably ok... Although a phone call never hurt anything. Even just for peace of mind! Good luck either way!
