Always wet!

Ughhhhh. I can't take it. I'm in my 2nd tri and I've been having to wear panty liners constantly. My doctor says this increase in discharge is normal but it's so annoying! Last night before bed I felt like my labia was swollen so I looked closer and it is a little puffy. I also noticed a red pimple/mosquito bite looking lump right on my lip opening. I've already had a full panel of std tests when I was two months pregnant and everything was normal and I've never had any stds so I don't think it's that. My next appt is in two weeks. Anyone have advice or been in this situation before???? What can I do?
