This ever happen to you?

I was at the YMCA signing my son up for soccer and I was with my daughter who is almost 7 months old. Of course, all the older women were talking to her and making her smile, no big deal. Then this older lady was going on and on about her cheeks and how big they are, and how she just wanted to kiss them. Then she actually tried! I was quick and moved away and she seemed offended, but you don't try to kiss a strangers baby...ever! It's one thing to rub their hand or something along those lines, but to actually try to kiss them?!
