Succenturiate Lobe?

So at our anatomy scan the tech saw what looked like a venous lake in my placenta. After a follow up ultrasound with Maternal Fetal Medicine they've determined it's a succenturiate lobe which is apparently just an extra piece of placenta that should've died off and didn't. Since my firstborn was a csection we discussed that another would probably be the best choice. I'm wondering if any other ladies have experienced this? Were you given any physical restrictions?
