Miscarriage

Hi I'm not quite sure why I'm posting or writing but I think I just need someone to talk to. I recently found out I was pregnant, went to the doctors who said I was 5 week roughly. Me and my partner were so excited. Last week I had some bleeding, I went to the doctors who advised me to come back in a week to see if the bleeding was still continued. I went back today to be advised that I had miscarried. I've not been able to stop crying since, I just don't know what to do, my partner has been great so supportive but I know it's killing him too. Can I ask how long does the bleeding last?  And how long is it until we can start trying again? Thank you for reading sorry it's so long xx
