Here's the first thing
I can't stress this enough WATER, WATER, WATER. It helps with a lot of things it helps keep body working, skin clear, hair strong, nails strong, better moods, better skin color, and makes you feel better. I keno drinking water may not be the best and all but it's amazing because it is not full of sugars and fats your body does not need. Drink lots of water it also helps your body loss weight because it's cutting out a lot of bad thing!
