Fears of the tears

My baby girl is 6 weeks old and I'm completely, head over heels in love with her 😍 I've been having some thoughts, though I know they are irrational, that I'm failing her as her mom whenever she cries. I want to preemptively meet her needs and sometimes I fall behind the 8 ball which results in her tears escalating to all out screaming tantrums if I haven't solved her problems in time. My tiny human has screamed during bath time, diaper changes, clothing changes... from my perspective, there's no reason for her to be so distressed during these times. I'm wondering if this is typical newborn behavior for some babies? How often are your little ones crying and all out screaming? Dally, hourly, a couple times per week, never? And what typically triggers their extreme emotional distress? How are you first time mommies comforting your babies through their troubles?
