Ok so should I be scared.

I messaged my doctor about the dizziness I've been having during this pregnancy cause I'm concerned. I've been getting so dizzy that the room starts spinning and I have to hold onto the wall so I don't fall this happens at least three to four times a day everyday, I had an appointment scheduled for this Thursday but my baby doctor had the assistant call me and schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Are they also worried what is going to happen at tomorrow's appointment. Is everything going to be ok or is this a sign something's wrong with this pregnancy. I know Its not my first pregnancy but my first pregnancy was a breeze and everything was fine.... and I'm getting kinda freaked.
