So this is my second pregnancy and I'm 10 weeks and 2 days and I just came back from the doctor with some awful news that I might be going thru a miscarriage because there was no baby in the sac. I'm really upset I was really excited to see my baby and now I won't.has anyone ever had this happen or ended up not going thru a miscarriage but turned out being that they were wrong I still have a little hope inside me that maybe the docs wrong but I trust him and maybe its all for a reason
