No Period After Miscarriage/D&C

I had a D&C on Feb 11th due to miscarriage. I had no bleeding afterward. But I still haven't had a period. Today is day 48. I haven't called my Dr. yet because I read it could take up to 6 weeks after bleeding stops. But this seems too long, and I never had bleeding. Anyone else have a similar experience? I'm not pregnant. All tests are negative.
