How did your partner do while you were in labor?

My hubby did 10000 times better than i thought he would he was my rock he kept me steady. He reminded me to breath low and slow he moaned through the contractions with me.

Great pics!!!I was really surprised with my fiancé, he did brilliantly! Couldn't of asked for more, rubbed my back, kissed me, held my legs, never left my side for the whole 46hours I was in labour (backlabour as well) the day after our son was born he told me he was heartbroken to see me in that much pain and him not be able to take t away but he held it together for my sake, he truly is my rock ❤️❤️

Aww! These pictures made me tear up! I'm 3 days overdue and I just sit and imagine labor all day lately and how my husband will be and how I'll handle everything. So beautiful! Congratulations.

My husband was my rock. He breathed with me through every contraction, let me squeeze his hand and his neck, and said the most encouraging words. He watched everything and was so motivating while pushing. He was wonderful!

My hubby did really well in labor! During the car ride to the hospital and holding and hand in between contractions, trting to cheer me up before the epidural kicked in by playing music. He was so helpful in keeping count and making sure I was breathing and taking breathes. He watched everything happen, from breaking my water, to watching her crown. He even cut the cord which is something he didn't want to do! He held me close when I cried when they put her on my chest.

I'm so lucky!

My husband was he most amazing person in the world. I wouldn't have made it without him! He did everything for me! He pushed on my back, reminded me to breathe, helped me remember that she was coming soon. Even if it was just him holding my hand and letting me squeeze it he was amazing. And then after we got home he didn't let me do anything for the whole first week! It was so nice to be able to heal.

My husband did amazing. He worked the whole night before and didn't get a nap in until our baby was born. Up for 26 hours straight, and still my rock. Baby was 10# 21.5inches and I had no pain meds, so I was starting to give up when he was crowning and my husband pulled me back in got me to focus and got baby out in 6 minutes. I do t know what I would have done without him.

Well my boyfriend's job wouldn't let him go till my water was broken due to my induction of hypertension. I was only 4 cm when they broke my water and thought let him work some more it'll take awhile to get to ten..oh freakin no way. I went from 4 cm to 8 in 20 minutes. I was 10 cm and called him a 15 times to rush his ass down to the hospital. I had to have an extra boost of the epidural BC it didn't get my whole body. I was in so much pain. I kept my legs closed and said I am NOT having this kid till he gets here. Luckily he made it right in time. He walked through the door we got my legs up BC I was completely numb. I couldn't even feel contractions. 20 minutes of pushing our angel came. During crowing I felt his head it was an inspiration to get him out. I was so exhausted I needed oxygen and could barely focus. He watched the whole time and cut the cord....he was traumatized from the placenta but I thought it looked cool. Once Braeden was on my chest I was in love and so was daddy. I'm so proud of my boyfriend BC he said wouldn't do any of the things he did. I will have to say I am SOOOOOOOOO happy to not be pregnant any more. Lol

Honestly I didn't think my husband was going to be able to go into the OR with me because of our experience with the last csection. I told him I completely understood and that I would be okay if his sister went in with me. He said no no I'll go in. They set me up in the OR and my husband came in and he was such a champ! He has a very week stomach for blood and I understand him being nervous. He held my hand and kept asking me if I was okay. Kept me laughing through the whole surgery. I told him the best gift he could give me would be pictures when she comes out. And that is exactly what he did. He even saw the placenta and it never killed the joy in the room. It made a good story for him later. He did so great :) I was so proud of him as he was for me. He has been the best support physically and mentally since baby was born. I love him so much

Mine was awesome. We had to be induced, labor ended up being about 18 hours and we pushed for 4 hours. He stayed with me, cleared the room when it got to be too much for me, and kept our family that was at the hospital with us aware of what was happening. He cried when our baby girl got stuck under my pubic bone and I thought I was being ripped apart. He cried when she crowned, he cried when she finally came out (her shoulders got stuck), and he cried when I cried because they were stitching me up and I felt everything.  My husband was so wonderfully supportive I fell in love with him all over again.
