What to eat?
Since this Friday I've been incredibly nauseated. I've had ginger ale, saltine crackers, mints, ginger gum, ect. Absolutely nothing sounds appetizing to me. Today I made a peanut butter sandwich and couldn't keep it down. The only thing I think I might want to eat is white or brown rice. Anyone have suggestions for food with substance that isn't crazy on the stomach? I'm a very plain eater so I'm good with boring food ☺️
