Honesty needed - am I huge?

So I just had someone tell me that I'm huge and she can't believe I'm only three months and this size when she knows people 6 months that barely look pregnant. I MUST be having twins otherwise my baby is just huge!.....I'm super confused because no one else has said anything about my size and don't even notice. I figured I was average for 13 weeks but maybe I'm just clueless, this is my first. LOL So honestly am I looking larger than average for 13 weeks? Doesn't matter to me either way I was just taken aback by her comment.
