Antibiotics

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. First baby after 2 years of trying! My pregnancy panel came back positive for chlamydia. I was shocked as my husband has been my only partner and I'm his for 8 years! My obgyn put me on cipro for two days but my husband and I were both retested which came back negative. My positive was a mistake! So my question is Will the two doses of ciprofloxacin harm my baby?
