Newborn fever??

Question

My daughter is 12 days old today, and I took her temp thinking she felt a little warm..her temp was 99.5 and I googled ( No it's not the best way to find things) but it says if it's at 99.5 to see the dr as soon as possible. What do I do? I'm a FTM and I'm scared for my little girl :(

So take her to the doctor, isn't it obvious?

If your Dr is already closed call and talk to whoever is on call and they will be able to advise you. If they are open call and talk to a nurse and they'll tell you if you need to come in.

I remember the nurse telling me before we left the hospital with our daughter that if she ran a fever before she was 2 months old that she needed to see a doctor.
