Worried

I'm getting worried. Af didn't show last month just some light spotting. Af due today, had some spotting this morning but nothing now. I tested last month and today but both negative. I've been feeling extremely nauseas, sore boobs, cramping and weird sharp pains in my stomach 2 weeks before Af is due. I'm worried there is something wrong with me. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
