Watery lotion like discharge before missed period?

I have been waiting on my period since March 25 and it still did not come I have taken test that have been negative this morning and my stomach started hurting but I had a bowel movement and it hasn't hurt since but I have been getting lotion like discharge is that normal or could that be chances of pregnancy

Those were my syomtons. I to a clear blue test and it came up negative. I waited for 1week. No period took a first response and positive. I would test at one week late.
