So confused

I got my bfp 3 weeks ago finding out I was 5 weeks, too only get bfn every day for 3 weeks ringing the doctors everyday for them to tell me not to worry, anyway yesterday I ended up really poorly to end up on the phone to out of hours doctor and for him to tell me everything is fine, today I end up in the doctors for them to do a test and for the doctor to say I think your having a miscarriage, my husbands heart sunk, been given blood tests and not had anything back yet, but I'm confused why the doctor said your body won't give up your baby, all I have going through my head is hang on doesn't that mean the baby is fine then, I keep praying that this baby just wants to give mummy and daddy an heart attack but I think I may be wrong. Please no negative people just want to see if anyone else is going through this? X
