I learned how to nap at a young age... Then I became interested in the profession in my teenage years. It wasn't until college that I started working on a napping career seriously and took up an apprenticeship. After many years, challenges and rewards, I graduated summa cum laude in dozing.

I can be an insomniac one night and dead to the world in 3 minutes the next night. It just depends on how my day went really. And what I really hate, is that I have to set like 9 alarms for me to wake up😑🙄

Can't sleep, but when I do you can't wake me up ever.

I have like a alarm clock in my body. I have never been out of my timezone so i have had it my entire life. I wake up at 7 on the dot every single day for school so on holidays and weekends. I wake up at exactly 7:00am. I like tell my brain "i need to be up by 6:30 tomortow" and i wake up at exactly 6:30. Kinda freaky hey?

I have insomnia so I'm up most of the night, usually being anxious about something. It sucks. I'm constantly tired 😞

im a night owl. i normally go to bed between 1-3am n sleep until 1-3pm. my body always need like 10-12 hours of sleep :/ ivetried countless time to try and "fix" my sleeping schedule to one of a more "normal" person, & failed. so now im like "u know what fuck the 'norm'. like just bc other people's schedule is different than mine doesn't mean its "bad" or "weird". like i said its just "different" :) and i cant really change who i am...

I'm a mix of insomniac and dead-to-the-world. I sleep like a rock after not sleeping well for a while (every few days). When I'm exhausted, I have weird dreams.

Oh gosh I can put ten alarms on at full volume and not wake up 😓 I'm perpetually late cos I sleep so heavily 😂😂

I find it hard to sleep because i think too much which keeps me awake. 😞

When I sleep, I go hard. I need about 10 hours of sleep to be well rested. And I don't wake up in between to even use the bathroom or anything. I'm such a heavy sleeper.
