Had my hcg levels tested today.  I am 7 wks and 1 day they were 134760.... What do yall think

Hcg usually isn't an indication of multiple babies, because everyone's levels are so drastically different.

The first thing that caused my OB suspicion of twins at 6 weeks was high hcg so not sure why so many are saying it isn’t relevant. You produce more Hcg with twins which is why twin pregnancy is also associated with more extreme symptoms oftentimes. It’s just that the hcg levels are not conclusively determinative. That being said my hcg level with my twins was about 30,000 higher than yours when I was 6 weeks. So I don’t know if you’ve got twins or not, but at 7 weeks, an ultrasound could tell you! 😊
