Uti or chlamydia?!

A few months back I was treated for chlamydia. As well was my boyfriend, we ended up having sex the 5th day when we were suppose to wait 7 days. So I went to the doctor last week thinking I had a uti but they didn't find anything that showed I have one. They said I didn't have an excessive amount of white cells. I know when I got tested for chlamydia they said I had an excessive amount of white blood cells. Does that mean I don't have chlamydia anymore cause the test for uti didn't show an excessive amount of white cells? They sent my urine for a culture but I haven't heard back from the doctor. I'm just nervous that the treatment didn't work and that's why I'm having the symptoms of a uti. I haven't gone back yet because my appointment for a check up isn't for another few weeks.
