When to tell siblings?

I say whenever you are almost sure it will stick (I say almost sure cause you never know what might happen).
I had to tell my kids at around week 8 or 9 because I was deemed high risk and needed bed rest, and avoid stress. And my kids, 10 and 6 are ALWAYS fighting, never help me around here and they just make everything much more difficult than it should be. So I talked to them and straight up told them I needed their help, around the house and behaving better, not only for me but for the baby aswell. And it kinda worked, they somewhat behave a bit better and help me around here a little more. I also told them there was a chance the baby might not make it but there was a good chance it might. So they got excited and understood.

There's no set time. You do it when you feel comfortable. We told our kids at 8 weeks after our ultrasound but only be that's what my husband wanted to do lol I would've told them right away.

We had a miscarriage in the fall. My kids were devastated, so we won't be telling for at least another week or so....we'll see how the next ultrasound goes. I am 12w4d and no one knows. I also have a large subchorionic hemorrhage though, so am labeled threatened miscarriage. It is a bit overwhelming.

I had blood drawn today for genetic/gender test. We decided that when we get our results back on Monday, we'll tell my 17 year old stepson. We want him to be the first to know if he'll have a little sister or brother :) Once he knows, he'll be able to help us film our announcement video!

I told mine as soon as we got her back from her vacation. She's going to be two next month. She doesn't know what's going on but she told us "no brother no sister" lol I wasn't planning on telling her until I was far enough so she could feel the kicks so maybe she could understand, but my husband spilled the beans to her as soon as she was back haha
