nuvaring?
I've been on nuvaring for about 4 months now and I'm starting to think it's just for the sole purpose of not getting pregnant? I understand it's birth control but everybody boasts that their birth control helps their period and cramps, and I haven't noticed a change at all. does anyone have any insight or recommendations for other types?
