Is this okay to take?

7 weeks and my throat is on fire. It's not on the list of okay/not okay things so I'm clueless!

I wouldn't take it...I am crazy about not taking anything that's medicine while pregnant...I had a cold and I took half a lemon squeezed into a spoon full of honey mixed it up and drank it 😬😬😬😩 it helped coat my throat enough  that it took the itchiness away than I drank a plain non caffeinated tea! I was still suck but it helped
