Working out

Hi all, I just tested positive yesterday and I am due Dec. 4.  I have been weight training since January and I am really enjoying it and feeling good, I don't want to stop.  I want to stay active during my pregnancy.  This is my second one so I know how much the body changes and how difficult it it to get rid of post baby weight.  Anyone else working out, or training while pregnant.
