Pregnant or PMS

I stopped taking birth control almost 11 months ago. Went to the doc told me it was normal not to bleed. Two weeks ago I started to have really sensitive nipples and my left breast was hurting. I have taken and pregnancy test inches for the last 3/4 weeks and they were negative. Also I had mood swings but I feel like those are from being off BC. Not sure if anyone else had similar experience being off BC but some advice would be awesome.
