I would just notify your doc & keep an eye on any other symptoms that may come like contractions. I lost mine at 27+2 weeks with my first daughter & at 27+4 weeks woke up to some bleeding and contractions. I ended up having her a few hours later. As long as you aren't having any other issues it'll probably just grow back.

I've been loosing mine on and off since week 26 but I'm now week 30 and I know I'll be over due like all 3 of my other pregnancies. Just because you loose a little here and there it doesn't mean baby is coming yet.
