Baby Movement

Hello all I'm a FTM I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I am started to get a little nervous I don't think I have felt the baby move at all yet :/ i mean I guess maybe I have and I don't know what I'm feeling ? The other night I was in bed and thought maybe I felt movement but it wasn't like flutters I would say like people say I could only explain it as like pop rocks in my belly or something .
