If you have gestational diabetes you wanna limit it to when sugar is low, because it will make it go up.. otherwise go for it

My doctor told me to drink oarange juice with iron because I'm anemic. So I would say completely safe

It's good. Lol just watch the sugar intake. I like OJ  in the morning since it tides me over until snack.
