Why do I allow my mother in law to get to me

I seriously can't sleep because I keep replying all the ridiculousness she has caused me since we found out were expected, and I keep thinking about all the situations I'm going to have to deal with her when my precious little boy arrives in June.  Anyone else going thru this

Mine is driving me crazy!! My sister in law is pregnant and due soon. My MIL constantly talks about her pregnancy and babies her to no end. She never asks me about my pregnancy and if I bring it up, she just talks more about my SIL. She's not even her daughter! She married into this family just like me. I pointed it out to my husband and he totally agrees but doesn't know how to handle it. I told him I would handle it by not letting her see her grandson 😂😋

Yes!!! I share a driveway for the next 2 weeks with her (as we have been for a year) and I want to run her over with my car when I get home! I can't say anything with out her giving 'imput' #overit

I'm in the same boat. I just remind myself that I am in control of the situation and if she starts to get on my nerves I can ask her to leave. It's not worth stressing out which will in turn effect the baby. It helps that my husband is on the same page though. Even though he lets a lot roll off his shoulders he understands where I'm coming from.
